Hello, I'm Rae-Ahna Hernandez. I graduated with a Bachelor's in Fine Arts in 2024 through UofM - Flint. I mainly focus on portraits and botanical work. I enjoy creating self-portraits that tend to have unsettling and deeper compositions to them. I think self-portraits can be one of the most expressive forms of art. My main goal and focus when creating portraits is to evoke deeper feelings that correlate with the piece. I like to take breaks from doing more 'serious' artwork and work on animal portraits and anime pieces! 

      

I enjoy creating with lots of different mediums, but I enjoy working with acrylic paint, watercolor, and Prismacolor soft core colored pencils the most. I like to do other crafts like stained glass making, jewelry, and book making. I enjoy trying new art hobbies and switching between them.
